NOT FOR ME!
the fact that they didn’t allow us to park properly because they’re staff is doing a non sense dance performance in the from of the hotel is annoying already, that’s the first issue. the swimming pool is not working apparently without even informing the guest. the wifi is the worst if you’re going to stay there for business. then they will tell guest different information about the breakfast. so will never recommend this hotel.
the room is tidy and bed is big.

Worst service experience ever.
Breakfast was good. Food in general was good during dinner and breakfast.
Service. Looks like the staff are not trained well to deal with guests. During check in, there were 3 receptionists, 1 assisting another guest and 2 keep on answering phone calls even after I approched the desk. No greetings, acknowledgement or eye contact. So I waited until the other receptionist finished with her guest. She also didnt greet us so I approched her and told her I want to check in. Forest Grill Restaurant staffs are also the same, we asked 7 times for the same order and more than 45 minutes to get it, and we were only ordering bottled drinks, no cooking needed. One staff even told us they already call for the last order even though we were not informed. Then they started serving to another table that just arrived. Room was good enough for an overnight stay only as well as the taste of the food. But the service ruined the whole experience, we were not expecting special treatment but to wait and be ignored as a paying guests is not right.

I have visited before but this event may mean I don't return
Staff are very helpful and polite and friendly as always when visited. Breakfast is very good. One reason to go back.
On this occasion a meal in Cocoon was virtually inedible, a very sad situation for what is normally very good local dishes, It was left almost untouched.
