NOT FOR ME!

the fact that they didn’t allow us to park properly because they’re staff is doing a non sense dance performance in the from of the hotel is annoying already, that’s the first issue. the swimming pool is not working apparently without even informing the guest. the wifi is the worst if you’re going to stay there for business. then they will tell guest different information about the breakfast. so will never recommend this hotel.

the room is tidy and bed is big.

I have visited before but this event may mean I don't return

Staff are very helpful and polite and friendly as always when visited. Breakfast is very good. One reason to go back.

On this occasion a meal in Cocoon was virtually inedible, a very sad situation for what is normally very good local dishes, It was left almost untouched.

Very spacious room more than enough for two people, good food options during the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The view from our room is also good as we are facing the forest side of the area.

our room is located on the side of the dining area thus we can hear the utensils and people while they are eating during dinner and before we head out for the breakfast buffet. Another is the guests before us had welcome drinks and those who arrived after us but we were not offer as such.

The place was overlooking Freeport Area of Bataan.

The place was overlooking Freeport Area of Bataan. At night it was great to view the surroundings in Forest grill or just hang out in the cliff lounge. The amenities is a great bonus. There are a lot of things you can do here such as swimming, gym and spa. Overall I had a great time here. It was on the right location. The bua terminal is just a few meters away. While the wharf and other tourist spots are just one tricycle away.

One thing I did not like was the fact that they did not provide a mini fridge in the rooms.

Les horaires du ménage. A 14h, notre chambre n’est pas encore nettoyée alors que nous la quittons à 8h30. Chaque jour, il a fallu réclamer ce qui manquait : serviette, tapis de bain.... La safety box qui ne marchait pas malgré les piles neuves Attention, les prix pour une même chambre sont différents sur leur site, sur booking.com, agoda....

Quick getaway

Location is good. Not much selection for buffet breakfast but it was fine. Our room was big. Staff presentation (dancing and fire dance) was very good.

The glass for the welcome drink was not clean. The bath dipper in the restroom has trash in it. There's no bidet but there's a holder for it.

Staff was amazing. I love how everyone was always smiling, and youd feel they were happy to have guests over. Service is a 5star, so im definitley coming back here if im in the area :)

The outdoors need maintenance, gardening needs to be done. Rooms need to be repainted, bubbling already. Carpets could use shampooing

Worst service experience ever.

Breakfast was good. Food in general was good during dinner and breakfast.

Service. Looks like the staff are not trained well to deal with guests. During check in, there were 3 receptionists, 1 assisting another guest and 2 keep on answering phone calls even after I approched the desk. No greetings, acknowledgement or eye contact. So I waited until the other receptionist finished with her guest. She also didnt greet us so I approched her and told her I want to check in. Forest Grill Restaurant staffs are also the same, we asked 7 times for the same order and more than 45 minutes to get it, and we were only ordering bottled drinks, no cooking needed. One staff even told us they already call for the last order even though we were not informed. Then they started serving to another table that just arrived. Room was good enough for an overnight stay only as well as the taste of the food. But the service ruined the whole experience, we were not expecting special treatment but to wait and be ignored as a paying guests is not right.

Swimmong Pool is not Working!!!! We travelled far from SJDM Bulacan to relax and swim, but the pool is green very disappointing!!!

Nice hotel, great staff but food let it down

Rooms were good and soaps etc. were excellent - staff were wonderful and welcoming - drinks were fairly priced except the Paulaner beer at PH600 per bottle!!!

The restaurants did not have lots of the food on the menu - there was also no little snacks like sandwiches or burgers, just heavy big meals. The lack of fish, meat and lots of menu items was frustrating, we were there for a whole week and they still had not restocked.

Not a great value, given the state of the facilities

Staff were attentive, friendly and professional

While the lobby area is in decent condition, the rest seems badly in need of updating. The carpets look and smell like they haven’t been replaced since the hotel opened in 1974. The hallway and my room on level 4 smell musty, and water damage is visible in many places. There was an incessant pattering sound day and night, which I believe was from the AC unit of the room above dripping onto the outside of the AC unit for my room. The restaurant was mediocre.

Wi-Fi was Poor and it was difficult to make international calls. It would be nice if they had some desktop computers Available for guests to use for business purposes. Also I think an ATM on the property grounds would be good

As soon as your transport comes to a stop, you are greeted...

As soon as your transport comes to a stop, you are greeted with friendly staff and quite a welcoming vibe from the hotel. We were all welcomed with a glass of orange juice. The rooms are modern and spacious. The bathroom included soap and shampoo which smelt good and felt nice on the skin. Great Filipino breakfast every morning and a choices of restaurants to eat from at night were handy. The spa was fantastic and ladies in their did a great job.

I didn't like that there wasn't anything interesting that was close to the property. Some food and drinks weren't available.

The location had a great view, the room was awful, there...

The location had a great view, the room was awful, there were even used water bottles under the bed upon checking in.

The restaurants lacked food, took way too long to serve (approximately an hour at cacoon, And almost 2 hours at the grille so we just canceled the order
